Catholic Charities of Santa Rosa - Family Support Center

Sonoma County is home to programs for seniors, people who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness, the poor in rural areas, people with dementia, legal immigrants and refugees, and more.

In Napa, our focus is on young, expectant mothers or vulnerable mothers up to age 29 with children, and disabled adults, all at high risk of homelessness.

Lake County needed help in feeding low- and no-income people, so we help distribute food distribution in Kelseyville and Middletown, and reach out to people who need to sign up for Covered California or CalFresh. Call (707) 528-8712 for food distribution questions.

Humboldt County - Eureka's new homeless day center, The Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Day Center - offering on-site assistance to children and adults who are homeless. Call 441-9192.

Residents of Mendocino County may access Immigration Services in Sonoma County - first by telephone and then in person in Santa Rosa.
