New York - Public Service Commission (PSC), Consumer Education & Advocacy

The Office of Consumer Services of NY PSC provides a variety of services to protect and assist utility customers. Its Consumer Assistance and Consumer Education and Advocacy sections seek to ensure that the Department and the utility companies it regulates are responsive to the needs and concerns of individual consumers and to the public.
