There are multiple editions of the ‘Guide’, some which deal with specific issues such as housing or credit.   • Sonoma County Community Development Commission
    The CDC administers a range of programs designed to assist low to moderate income homeowners and tenants and to encourage commercial revitalization. Rental assistance is offered to lower income tenants through subsidized rents. Rehabilitation loans are offered to landlords to maintain existing affordable rental units.
